Air Fryer Thai-Style Tofu with Peanut Sauce Recipe by Aileen Clark

The best way to cook tofu is in the air fryer. Air fryer tofu comes out crispier than it would by baking or panfrying it, and it cooks quickly. This Thai-inspired recipe combines crispy tofu with a homemade peanut sauce that’s both creamy and spicy. Pair it with some rice noodles for a full meal.
