Air Fryer Easy Jelly Donuts Recipe by Robin Fields

If you don’t have time for donuts from scratch, biscuit donuts are a great alternative, especially in the air fryer. These donuts are golden brown and crispy on the outside while staying light and fluffy inside. Feel free to swap out the strawberry jelly for your favorite flavor instead!

Yields 8, 1 per serving

  • 1 (16.3-ounce) can buttermilk biscuit dough, 8 count
  • ⅓ cup strawberry jelly
  • ¼ cup salted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar

1. Preheat air fryer to 370°F.

2. Place each biscuit into the air fryer basket, working in batches as needed.

3. Bake 7 minutes or until golden brown, then let cool for 10 minutes.

4. Fit a piping bag with a filling nozzle and fill the bag with the jelly. Insert the nozzle into the side of each donut, pressing gently for about 2 seconds to fill each donut.

5. Brush each donut with butter. Place confectioners’ sugar into a large storage bag and place donuts into the bag two at a time, shaking gently to coat them in sugar.
