- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 large egg, room temperature

- ⅔ cup mashed ripe banana (about 1 medium)

1. Preheat air fryer to 325°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 3-4 minutes. Beat in egg. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with banana, beating well after each addition. Fold in pecans.
