Bruschetta is a well-loved appetizer, and for good reason. The crusty, crunchy bread slices topped with tomato, fresh basil, and Parmesan can’t be beat. The air fryer makes the French bread extra crispy and cooks it quickly. Make sure to remove the seeds from the Roma tomatoes, otherwise the bread will get soggy. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese is worth the extra work, as the flavor will be much stronger than the pre-shredded Parmesan cheese sold at the grocery store.
