Air Fryer Spinach Dip Puff Pastry Bites Recipe by Robin Fields

These bites will be the star of your next gathering. They’re very easy to assemble and packed with flavor. Each bite is super flaky and filled with delicious cream cheese. The red pepper flakes really take these to the next level, but if they aren’t your thing, feel free to omit.

Yields 12, 1 per serving

  • 1 (13.2-ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup spinach, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Spray twelve foil baking liners with cooking spray.

2. Cut puff pastry into twelve even pieces. Place one in each liner.

3. In a large bowl, use a rubber spatula to mix cream cheese, spinach, and mayonnaise until smooth.

4. Add in red pepper flakes, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, and black pepper and mix until well combined.

5. Place 2 tablespoons mixture into each liner.

6. Place liners into air fryer basket. Bake 7 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
