Making homemade sweet potato chips in your air fryer is so quick and easy. Be sure to give the sweet potato slices a quick soak in cold water to help remove some of the excess starch.

MAKES: 12 SERVINGS (1 ½ CUPS DIP)
- 2 to 3 large sweet potatoes (1 ¾ lbs.), peeled and cut into ⅛-in. slices
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. taco seasoning
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. ground cumin
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- ⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
DIP
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 ½ tsp. minced fresh cilantro
- 1 ½ tsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. celery salt
- ⅛ tsp. pepper
1. Place sweet potatoes in a large bowl; cover with cold water. Let stand 20 minutes. Drain; pat dry.
2. Preheat air fryer to 360°. In a small bowl, mix the oil and seasonings; drizzle over potatoes and toss to coat.
3. In batches, arrange sweet potatoes in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
4. In a small bowl, beat dip ingredients until blended. Serve with chips.
