Air Fryer Tilapia Fillets Recipe

Cooking tilapia fillets in the air fryer means dinner will be on the table in less than half an hour. It’s quick and easy, and it doesn’t dry out the delicate fillets.



  • 2 tilapia fillets (6 oz. each)
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. Montreal steak seasoning
  • ½ tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • ¼ tsp. dried thyme
  • ⅛ tsp. onion powder
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • ⅛ tsp. pepper
  • Dash garlic powder

1. Preheat air fryer to 400°. Brush fillets with butter. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fillets.

2. Place fillets in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 6-8 minutes.
