My family loves air-fried chicken wings, so I thought, why not go big and try the recipe with turkey wings? These are a hit every time I serve them.
PREP: 15 MIN. + MARINATING
COOK: 25 MIN. • MAKES: 6 SERVINGS
- 3 lbs. turkey wings
- 1 ¼ cups barbecue sauce
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. salt

1. Cut turkey wings into sections; discard wing tips. In a large shallow dish, combine remaining ingredients; add wing sections. Turn to coat; refrigerate, covered, 6-8 hours or overnight.
2. Preheat air fryer to 350°. Drain wings, discarding marinade. Place wings in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until a thermometer reads 170° and turkey is tender, roughly 25-30 minutes.
