Carrot fries are a fun alternative to boiled or roasted carrots. They come out extra crispy with a tender center. The garlic and Parmesan make the carrots feel more “fry”-like and add a depth of flavor. Serve these carrot fries on their own or with a side of ranch dressing for dipping. Cooled carrot fries can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 300°F.
