French-fried onions aren’t just for green bean casserole. Sprinkle them onto crescent roll dough before rolling up and you’ll end up with a crunchy treat inside flaky pastry.

- 1 tube (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 ⅓ cups french-fried onions, divided
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp. water
1. Do not preheat air fryer. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Sprinkle each with about 2 Tbsp. onions. Roll up each from the wide end. Curve ends down to form crescents.
2. In batches, place crescents in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Beat egg and water; brush over dough. Sprinkle with the remaining onions. Cook at 325° until golden brown, 7-8 minutes. Serve warm.
