- 1 (13.2-ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 8-ounce round Brie cheese
- ¼ cup raspberry preserves
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
2. Unroll puff pastry into a rectangle and place Brie in the center. Carefully slice the top ½" rind off Brie.
3. Spread preserves on top of Brie.
4. Fold puff pastry toward the center of Brie, overlapping slightly and trimming excess dough as needed.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together egg and water. Brush mixture over the entire pastry-wrapped Brie.
