Air Fryer Cookies and Cream Bars Recipe

Cookies and Cream Bars aren’t as common as other bars, like brownies, but they’re just as easy and delicious! Stand out at the bake sale with these bars. They are soft and creamy with a perfect bite of cookie crunch.

Serves 9

  • ¼ cup salted butter, softened
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 10 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F. Line an 8" × 8" baking pan with parchment.

2. In a large bowl, mix butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until well combined and smooth. Mix in egg, then add flour and salt and mix again.

3. Gently fold in crushed cookies. Place mixture in prepared pan.

4. Place pan into air fryer basket. Bake 16 minutes or until edges are browned and set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool at least 30 minutes before serving.
