Serves 12

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup salted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt

1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F. Spray a 4" × 9" loaf pan with cooking spray.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, egg, butter, and milk.

3. Fold in tomatoes, basil, oregano, and salt.

4. Place mixture in prepared pan.

5. Place pan into air fryer basket. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
